Bismillah.
Lately I was so hectic, even during the weekend. It's no wonder since now I am doing my internship and do extra activities every weekend. The rhythm of life like the same, start to wake up in the early morning, come back home in the evening then take a rest (sleep early) sometimes I need to stay up especially when I did my revision proposal before. Ala kullihal Alhamdulillah, I am exposed with new experience 'so lively'.
Anyway, talk about routine sometimes it could lead to a boring stage. This stage can come when we start thinking "what I do? what I am looking for? is there any other challenge?" or when we start feeling 'empty' not so motivate while doing it etc. Is it the same with deeds/ ibadah?, it could be the same if we do so only limited to the movement not reach to the heart. Especially if we do it for the sake of human. When they exist and praise us then the motivation is high but in the opposite situation, we become demotivated. Na'udzubillah. One of the sign of ihsan is we do something while believing He is watching us, every second and every step that we take He knows. The companion of prophet also said that you are the real you when nobody with you.
One day, I just came back from my internship place. As usual I take a rest for a while then go to shower room to refresh my self. After magrib prayer I went out from my room to wash my cloth, and I saw my roomate then I smile to her. Spontaniously she called me with a sad voice that stopped my step to go out.
N: akaaak...
M: yes, sis. What's up?
N: I feel empty, my heart feel empty.. *she's wiping the tears from her eyes
M: why? what happen?
N: I don't know, I did prayer but my heart still empty, I feel nothing. What should I do?
*speechless, Innalillah
I took a sit position next to her
M: hmm.. yeah it's sad, but Alhamdulillah thank God because you can feel it.
N: hmm?
M: yup, you realize it and try to fix it. Some people they don't prayer and ignore it without any guilty.
N: hmm *looked down
M: alright, now you have to try increase your ibadah. Try to understand what you recite during prayer, add your ibadah with sunnah and wake up early in the morning. perform your subuh properly, in the early time. When you start a day with something good, hope your day become brighter then =)
N: *smile. Yup I'll try kak.
From this second scene, again I realize they who feel in lowest place actually they are in the point to reach the peak of taqwa. Since they try to turn to Him due to Allah not human. It's because they wanna find the light sincerely. One of my friends said to me "In the deepest dark of my sin, I found Allah". Yeah, sometimes He shows a clear light in the darkest place. Absolutely the light is so bright in the darkest situation.
However, somehow we don't need to go to darkest place to hold the light. As Allah has mentioned many times in Al-Qur'an "be a person who takes the lessons, be critical thinking, ut's better if you know etc". Meaning that, we can learn from others' mistake (lesson) then carefully watch our step based on the knowledge and lesson that we have known.
Wallahua'lam
